1. Do you accept returns?

Yes we do accept returns within a 7-day time period starting once you have received your items. If more than 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

2. When will my items arrive?

Please note, all packages are shipped from Australia with a tracking number and signature on delivery. Please allow up to 3-4 weeks standard delivery for some countries. Our express shipping option usually arrives to most countries within 3-4 business days.

3. Can I return a sale item?

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. For more information, please read our Terms & Conditions at the bottom of the page.

 

4. Can I exchange an item?

Yes, we have a 7-day exchange policy on all regular priced items. Sale items may not be exchanged. Please send us an email if you would like to make an exchange so we can verify the stock of the new item. TERMS & CONDITIONS

Returns
We offer a 7 day return or exchange policy, starting once you have received your items. If more than 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same new condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please contact us before sending back a return, so a return order may be processed.

There are certain situations where refunds will not be granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Shipping

If you are returning an item, the customer is responsible for paying for the return postage costs. Shipping costs on all orders are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning an item over $75, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Sale items
